Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of experience managing HVAC, BAS, or commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with PM leadership experience.
• Hands-on startup, commissioning of digital HVAC or BAS.
• Strong HVAC controls knowledge and BAS understanding.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, and field execution oversight.
• Ability to interpret drawings and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC controls projects from design through closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, electricians, designers, and admin.
• Manage project financials: costs, billings, cash flow, gross margin.
• Maintain regular customer communication and build long-term relationships.
• Oversee procurement, commissioning, and system performance verification.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards.
