Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering for residential and commercial HVAC lines. You will drive end-to-end NPD projects, ensure agency compliance, and collaborate with manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

The role requires a strong background in HVAC system design, thermodynamics, and data-driven problem solving, with mentorship of junior engineers and DFSS/DFMA application.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience preferred; release of at least two product families.

Mansioni

• Design, optimize, and qualify HVAC systems for residential and commercial use.
• Lead end-to-end NPD projects and track timelines, costs, and KPIs.
• Lead product qualification programs and interface with regulatory agencies.
• Provide cross-functional guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA principles.
