Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Oklahoma City is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of our residential and commercial HVAC product families.

You will manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects, drive agency compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree (MS) preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
• Proven track record releasing at least two product families.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and qualify HVAC systems for residential and commercial markets.
• Manage NPD projects, timelines, costs, and KPIs.
• Lead product qualification with agencies to ensure compliance.
• Provide cross-functional guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA principles.
