Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead end-to-end NPD, optimize residential and commercial HVAC products, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise to manufacturing, sales, quality and supply chain teams.

You will mentor engineers, apply DFSS/DFMA, develop BOMs and drawings, run DoE experiments, and present designs to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience; track record releasing at least two product families.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and qualify HVAC systems for residential and commercial markets.
• Lead NPD projects, track timelines, costs, and KPIs across product lifecycles.
• Lead product qualification and interface with regulatory/testing agencies.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales/marketing.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA principles; drive process improvements.
