Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer in Oklahoma City to design, optimize, and sustain residential and commercial HVAC products. You will lead end-to-end New Product Development projects, drive agency compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

You will mentor engineers, apply DFSS/DFMA principles, and develop BOMs and drawings while presenting technical designs to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; MS preferred.
10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
Proven track record releasing multiple product families.
Expertise in HVAC system design, integration, and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of HVAC products.
Manage end-to-end NPD projects with timelines and KPIs.
Drive product qualification, testing, and regulatory compliance.
Provide cross-functional guidance to manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain.
Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs.
Mentor engineers and advance DFSS/DFMA initiatives.
