Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners seeks a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead end-to-end design, optimization, and sustaining engineering across residential and commercial HVAC lines.

In this technical leadership role, you will drive NPD projects, ensure agency compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise to manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams. The position requires a strong track record in product release and DFSS/DFMA application.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering required; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
• Proven track record releasing at least two product families.
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification (Universal) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of HVAC products.
• Manage end-to-end New Product Development projects and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with testing agencies and standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs.
• Mentor engineers and drive DFSS/DFMA process improvements.
