Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead end-to-end design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of residential and commercial HVAC families.

You will manage NPD projects, drive agency compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams. The role requires a strong background in HVAC system design, propulsion of DFSS/DFMA principles, and hands-on testing.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
• Experience releasing at least two product families.
• Proficiency in HVAC system design and related engineering disciplines.

Mansioni

• Lead design, optimization, and qualification of HVAC systems for residential and commercial products.
• Manage NPD projects, track timelines, costs, and KPIs.
• Interface with regulatory agencies to maintain compliance.
• Provide cross-functional guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales teams.
• Prepare BOMs, drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
• Lead DFSS and DFMA initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
