Jacobs is seeking a high-energy Mechanical HVAC Engineer to focus on the Data Center market. You will design HVAC systems, perform field investigations, interface with clients and vendors, size and select equipment, and prepare construction design packages.

You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality while working with a multi-disciplinary team to develop design bases, optimized processes, and final construction documents. Hybrid work policy applies.

Competenze

• 8+ years of HVAC design experience.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain in 6 months.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.

Mansioni

• Layout and design HVAC systems for data centers and industrial facilities.
• Develop design criteria and perform calculations for sizing and equipment selection.
• Create P&IDs, sequences of operation, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and clients to meet schedules.
