Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Controls Sales Executive to expand the Automated Logic customer base in Texas. This field-based role requires a proactive self-starter who builds lasting relationships with owners and engineers.

You will manage territory, negotiate contracts, and coach other sales reps while promoting ALC offerings. Residence in Lubbock or Abilene area is required; travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in Commercial HVAC.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts to meet sales and margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with accounts and positions ALС as the preferred building automation solution.
• Bid projects, write proposals, and negotiate terms and pricing with contractors.
• Coach and develop other sales representatives and deliver compelling presentations.
• Generate activity to feed the sales pipeline and close opportunities.
