Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for HVAC to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close strategic, multi-location HVAC accounts with a substantial annual quota, working remotely across the US or Canada.

As an individual contributor, you will engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders to expand locations and services once deals sign.

Formación

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into HVAC groups or marketing and agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers; not suited for high-volume single-location sales.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
