Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for HVAC to own its largest multi-location deals from first meeting with ownership to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic HVAC groups where one win can cover many locations.

You will close long, consultative deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, guided by inbound leads. This remote role across the USA and Canada carries a $2M annual quota and opportunities to expand

Formación

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Selling into HVAC groups or multi-location buyers for marketing or agency services.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle on large deals from discovery to close, typically 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand by adding locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft winning proposals.
