Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Supervising Engineer to oversee the detailed design of high voltage substations in a dynamic project team. You will manage engineers, designers and support staff to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance from concept to handoff.

You will coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams, manage budgets and timelines, and provide clear technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in electric utility industry or EPC firms with high voltage substation design responsibilities.
• P.E. license required; degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed design of high voltage substation projects.
• Lead engineers, designers and support staff to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams; report risks and deviations to PM.
