Job summary

Scout Motors is seeking a Senior Specialist, High Voltage Training & Programs, to develop, deliver, and maintain EHS training programs and chair the HV safety committee. You will partner with internal stakeholders and third-party support to ensure safe operations in advanced automotive manufacturing and vehicle servicing.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of EHS, you will own enterprise-level project plans, drive standardization, and collaborate across Engineering, Production, and Commercial

Qualifications

• 8+ years of EHS experience, preferably in automotive/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with automotive HV systems and training for adult learners.
• Knowledge of electrical safety, LOTO, PPE, OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.
• Experience using EHS management systems or LMS.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS Training Program ownership across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training on HV safety and related topics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and electrical safety standards.
