Scout Motors is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Specialist to coordinate and execute EHS programs for Production and Construction in Blythewood or Columbia, SC. You will develop and implement safety initiatives, manage PPE and training, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, safety, engineering, or related field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in EHS.
• 2+ years supporting manufacturing operations, preferred.
• 2+ years supporting facility construction projects, preferred.
• Experience in the EV automotive industry highly desired.
• Knowledge of US federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities as main contact for Production and EHS teams.
• Serve as EHS contact for Blythewood/Columbia, SC.
• Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs for Production and Construction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company policies.
