Job summary

DEKRA North America is seeking a Future of Mobility High Voltage Safety Trainer to lead specialized EV/HV safety training for our customers and service personnel. You will apply your technical expertise and safety knowledge to ensure participants can work safely on high‑voltage systems in electric and hybrid vehicles.

As a trainer, you will develop programs, deliver engaging sessions both in person and online, and coordinate on‑site trainings while maintaining accurate records and assessments

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or heavy equipment service.
• HV and EV repair knowledge or hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong training facilitation and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with IT systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME within DEKRA consulting and training groups.
• Conduct training for customers and service personnel on EV/HV safety.
• Develop training schedules and assessments.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Arrange on-site training to meet client needs.
• Track and report completed and upcoming programs.
