Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support OCC/O&M processes and develop HV training materials. This fully remote role offers ongoing collaboration with the Technical Support Supervisor and field teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of testing/commissioning experience, strong English communication, and a commitment to safety, with duties spanning documentation, training material creation, and remote guidance for HV operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Ability to train and develop others.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Stresses safety as the top priority and enforces standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate documentation and reports.
• Develop HV training material with the Technical Support Supervisor.
• Provide on-call HV support to OCC and field technicians.
• Remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and O&M activities.
