Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 12 years of post-education experience in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility industry.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV substation projects.
• 5+ years leading teams for medium to large electrical utility clients.
• Knowledge of PM processes and tools: contract, meetings, EV, change, risk, schedule, financial Mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substation projects, overseeing budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and report progress.
• Lead Go/No-Go decisions, contract reviews, and risk mitigation.
• May participate in contract negotiations and client presentations.
• Drive QA/QC, and assign qualified staff for reviews.
• Provide strategic input to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Guide staff with performance management and mentorship.
• Maintain updates to PMP, QP, PSP, and Communications Plan.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and resource planning.
• Ensure regular client communications, monthly status, and budgeting impacts.
