Placements24 is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our client in Welkom. This role provides expert support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and compliance, helping to develop HR initiatives that boost organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR, 5 years in a broad HR role, strong knowledge of South African labour laws, and proficiency with HR software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably as a Specialist or Generalist.
• Solid understanding of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics.
