Placements24 is partnering with a client in Paarl, Western Cape, to hire a Human Resources Compliance Specialist. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to labour laws, regulations, and internal policies, auditing HR practices, and developing compliance training.

The ideal candidate will have SA labour law expertise, practical experience in HR auditing and risk assessment, strong analytical and reporting skills, and a keen eye for detail to support integrity across HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically in HR compliance or labour law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, etc.).
• Experience with HR auditing and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
