Recruiting Manager at Round One Entertainment Inc.

Overview

The Human Resources Representative is responsible for managing the Human Resources Department, maintaining employee records, coordinating benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $23–$26/hr based on experience

Benefits (after 90 days):

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance with competitive coverage

• Paid time off starting at approximately 10 days/year, increasing with tenure
• 11 paid holidays annually

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee personnel records
• Review and verify payroll hours
• Administer new hire and termination packets
• Facilitate new employee orientation
• Manage attendance records and PTO accruals
• Prepare performance evaluations and maintain coaching documentation
• Assist with employee complaints and concerns
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state safety regulations
• Coordinate 401(k) and healthcare benefits
• Handle insurance claims and broker communications
• Plan and coordinate company meetings and training events
• Additional duties
• Generate HR reports (new hires, terminations, EEO-1, rosters, labor reports)
• Draft HR-related correspondence for EVP/CFO
• Support special projects and executive requests
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
