Job summary

The Judge Group in the United States is seeking a Senior HR Generalist - Manufacturing to support HR initiatives at a manufacturing plant in Navasota, Texas. You will manage employee relations, training programs, performance management, and compliance to sustain productive operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with HRIS. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance in a manufacturing environment or industrial/plant setting.
• Experience as an HRBP with leaders across a plant/operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, written/presentation skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficient in HRIS and other related HR software.
• Must be able to strategically influence all levels of employees.
• Experience with Onboarding/Compliance/Training Coordination.
