Job summary

Trinity Heads, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to be onsite at our Navasota facility.

You will support benefits, onboarding, employee relations, training, policy implementation, recruitment, and compliance while partnering with leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping culture, engagement, and ensuring fair, compliant HR practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in employee relations, training, performance management and compliance.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Function as an integral member of the leadership team and support HR strategies.
• Manage benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding and policy implementation.
• Support payroll time reporting and timekeeping processes.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues with local management.
• Ensure legal compliance and consistency across HR programs.
• Provide guidance to managers and supervisors in HR matters.
• Support training initiatives and performance management processes.
• Identify local community involvement activities.
