Trinity Heads, Inc. in Navasota, TX is seeking a Sr.

Human Resources Generalist onsite to support multiple HR functions and help shape the company culture while aligning HR initiatives with business goals. You will lead benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, policy implementation, time reporting and compliance, partnering with manufacturing leadership to drive engagement and sustain a productive workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical and written/presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data base applications.

Responsabilidades

• Function as an integral member of the Trinity Heads leadership team.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Business partner for a manufacturing operation and HR program administration.
• Manage HR programs and time reporting and payroll processes.
• Identify talent-related issues and provide solutions with local management guidance.
• Leverage HR data to identify concerns and inform decisions.
• Ensure legal compliance and consistency across HR areas including employee relations and onboarding.
• Guide managers and supervisors in HR-related matters.
• Lead local investigations and resolve ongoing employee issues.
