• Experience with employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance in a manufacturing environment or plant setting.
• Experience as an HRBP with leaders across a plant/operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, written/presentation skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must be proficient in HRIS and other HR software.
• Must be able to strategically influence all levels of employees.
• Experience with onboarding/compliance/training coordination.
