Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a Generalist/Partner role
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and performance management
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will work closely with employees and managers across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee development.
