Job summary

Venteon in Michigan is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a broad set of HR functions in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role partners with employees and managers to provide practical solutions in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage employee relations, investigations, onboarding, payroll support, performance reviews, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
