Insight Global is seeking a full-time HR Generalist for one of our manufacturing clients in Oregon. The HR Generalist will support the HR Manager by overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation and compliance, and ensuring a smooth employee experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities include payroll administration, onboarding, benefits administration, FMLA/LOA, worker’s compensation, and maintaining accurate personnel records in HRIS.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

  • Support the full-cycle recruiting process: job postings, screening, interviews, offers.
  • Onboards new employees through HRIS ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct “On Boarding” New Hire Orientation with new employees.
  • Assist new hires with completing benefit elections within first 30 days of employment.
  • Assist with employee questions or concerns pertaining to benefits, policies, and procedures, etc.
  • Administers all FMLA/LOA/STD processes.
  • Assists with worker’s compensation claim management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team.
  • Engage with employees regularly in the mill environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and stressful situations.

Insight Global is seeking a full-time HR Generalist for one of our Manufacturing clients. The HR Generalist will be responsible for significantly serving employees and supporting the Human Resource Manager by managing key areas of the employee experience – including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation and compliance. This role works closely with managers, employees and the HR team to ensure HR operations run smoothly and in alignment with company values and goals.

Essential Job Duties

Compensation:
