This remote role blends executive HR consulting with business development, expanding client relationships and strengthening HR services across engagements. Ideal candidate brings credibility, judgment, and extensive HR leadership experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This role serves as a strategic advisor to client organizations, acting in a fractional CHRO capacity to guide senior leadership through complex workforce challenges. The position blends executive-level HR consulting with business development, helping expand client relationships while delivering practical, high-impact recommendations. The ideal candidate will bring the credibility and judgment needed to influence organizational decisions, support change initiatives, and strengthen HR consulting services across multiple engagements.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a fractional CHRO and senior HR advisor to client organizations
• Build credibility with senior executives and advise on high-impact workforce issues
