You will collaborate with HR centers of excellence and senior stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that improve team performance and drive broader business outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive HR experience in business partnership roles.
• Experience supporting Customer Success, Sales, or Marketing.
• Proven track record in organizational design and talent planning for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using workforce data.
• Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and change management practices.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed environment and manage complex priorities.

This senior HR business partner role will support enterprise leaders by aligning people strategies with business priorities and helping shape organizational effectiveness. The position will focus on talent planning, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. You will collaborate closely with HR centers of excellence and senior stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that improve team performance and support broader business outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $126,000 – $214,000 annually
