Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor (HPA) to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program. This role provides strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a related field, possess 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in USSOCOM POTFF, and hold current certifications. U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years total experience, with 5+ years in USSOCOM POTFF.
• Experience coordinating sport- or mission-specific performance programs.
• Current certifications/licensure (CSCS, SCCC, PT, CC-AASP, RD/RDN).
• Active state licensure required for clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF.
• Assist domain lead with program oversight for Components, HQ, and TSOCs.
• Develop oversight/compliance documentation for site visits and inspections.
• Lead strategic planning and data integration to advance readiness.
• Mentor embedded health and performance professionals.
• Drive creation and dissemination of advanced training and research.
