Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program. You will provide strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and families. The role requires U.S.

citizenship and an active Secret clearance eligibility. You will lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration to advance technical readiness across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of consulting experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
• Expertise in field within the organization.
• Active state licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF program areas.
• Assist domain leads with program oversight for components, HQ, and TSOCs.
• Conduct administrative duties while maintaining licensure.
• Develop oversight and compliance documentation for site visits and inspections.
• Lead enterprise meetings to disseminate information through the chain of command.
