Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Human Performance Advisor to coordinate POTFF Human Performance across units and commands, supporting readiness and well-being of SOF personnel and families.

The HPA advises with the Government, ensuring evidence-based decisions, evaluating program effectiveness, and aligning with contract requirements. U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance are required for contract performance, with the role contingent on award.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field and 7+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Current licensed therapist valid in the state of practice is required.
• Specialized experience in performance programs for NCAA/elite levels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership to ensure compliance with prime contract and regulations.
• Develop and synchronize human performance services across POTFF domains.
• Plan, develop, and oversee training and policy recommendations.
• Supervise project staff and support performance goals for teams.
