Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Human Performance Advisor to coordinate POTFF Human Performance across SOF units and commands. The HPA develops and oversees services to support readiness, performance, and well-being of SOF personnel and families.

The role advises Government representatives, ensures evidence-based decisions, and manages program expenditures; requires U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility; position is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience
• Specialized experience in the same or similar work described
• Current certification in one of Athletic Trainer, CSCS, SCCC, CC-AASP, RD or RDN preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists leadership with day-to-day running of core functional areas to ensure contract compliance.
• Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies
• Develops, monitors and revises performance goals for the project and staff
