Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program. This role provides strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families.

U.S. citizenship is required with a Secret clearance or eligibility. The position is pending contract award and offers robust benefits, growth, and leadership opportunities within the POTFF program.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of consulting experience in the designated function.
Master’s degree preferred.
Develops solutions to highly complex problems.
Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
Expertise in advancing human performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Review cases and summarize facts to certify or non-certify treatments.
Provide written clinical rationales for workers' compensation cases.
Lead enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF program at HQ USSOCOM.
Lead strategic planning and policy development for human performance across global SOF units.
Mentor a network of embedded HP professionals.
