Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to act as a principal technical expert supporting POTFF programs at HQ USSOCOM. The role focuses on planning, developing, and synchronizing HP services to enhance readiness and well-being of SOF personnel and their families.

The candidate will provide strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and evidence-based support, with responsibilities spanning policy recommendations, training, and cross-agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience consulting within designated function.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
• Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF in HQ USSOCOM.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration across global SOF units.
• Provide expert consultation to senior leaders on human performance strategies.
• Drive creation and dissemination of advanced training and research in HP initiatives.
• Mentor a network of embedded health and performance professionals.
