Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor (HPA) to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program and enterprise SOF human performance initiatives. The role provides strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize HP services for readiness, training, policy recommendations, and evidence-based support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience consulting within designated function.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems.
• Viewed as an expert in field within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review cases and summarize facts to certify or non-certify treatments.
• Provide written clinical rationales for Workers' Compensation cases.
• Review, organize and identify medical records for workers' comp cases.
• Monitor timeliness to ensure standards are met.
• Lead enterprise meetings and communicate information through the chain of command.
