Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo acquisitions in the mid-market and enterprise space. The role requires 5+ years selling HRMS/Payroll solutions, a hunter mindset, and a deep knowledge of HCM/SaaS.

You will present to senior decision makers, develop compelling proposals, and work with support teams to close contracts. Base salary begins at $125,000 with significant upside through incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Experience in acquiring new logos (hunter) and expanding enterprise accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry and related solutions.
• Ability to present to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users in the assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for HCM products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors, and analysts.
• Collaborate with proposals, RFPs, demos, and sales support teams to close deals.
