Job summary

UKG seeks a high-impact Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space across the Atlanta area. You will present HRMS/Payroll solutions to final decision makers, build persuasive proposals, and close deals with a proven hunter mindset.

A track record of 5+ years in HRMS/Payroll sales, strong communication, and a deep understanding of the HCM/SaaS landscape are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Experience as a New Logo Hunter selling HRMS/Payroll in mid-market/enterprise.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop sales proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM products and services based on their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts.
• Collaborate with proposals, RFPs, and demos to close contracts.
