Job summary

This role manages intake, prioritization, governance, testing, and release readiness, ensuring data security, controls, and sustainable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR technology, HRIS, or related work.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems, communicate technical concepts in business language.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business needs, requirements, data needs, and system dependencies.
• Document current and future-state processes, rules, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
• Coordinate testing, readiness activities, and cross-functional release readiness.
• Maintain backlog and roadmap information; prepare recommendations for governance decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to evaluate system changes and user impact.
