Job summary
Apache Industrial is seeking a Workday HCM Lead to serve as the internal SME for the Workday HCM environment. You will own configuration, governance, and maintenance of Core HCM, Recruiting, and Talent Management, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
You will lead end-to-end configuration, security, testing, and issue resolution while maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/IS/Business or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM configuration.
- Experience with at least one full Workday implementation.
- Deep Core HCM knowledge of org structures and business processes.
- Experience with Recruiting and/or Talent Management.
- Experience managing Workday bi-annual releases and testing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the organization’s Workday HCM SME and primary internal authority.
- Configure and govern Workday business processes and security roles.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to gather requirements.
- Lead testing for configurations, enhancements, and releases.
- Troubleshoot production issues with Workday Support and teams.
- Maintain system documentation and adherence to data integrity.
