Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR technology, HRIS, or process improvement.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems and communicate in business language.
• Experience with governance, security, release readiness, and testing in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting discovery, process mapping, requirements, and implementation readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support intake for HR technology enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Document current and future state processes, requirements, decisions, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, readiness, and user adoption across HR and IT stakeholders.
• Produce concise status updates and manage backlog and roadmap information.
• Collaborate with Workday Enablement Lead and HR Solutions Center on impacts and communications.
