Unisys is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join the People Solutions HR Technology team in Rockville, MD. You will provide daily Workday production support, partner with HR COEs, Product, and IT to implement enhancements, and ensure data integrity across Core HCM, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting modules.

You will drive data quality initiatives, lead UAT testing for major initiatives, and develop clear system documentation and user training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of HRIS/Workday experience including core modules.
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration and testing.
• Familiarity with EIBs and data corrections in Workday.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day production support for Workday HRIS and troubleshoot issues.
• Support modules: Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation.
• Lead data cleansing, audits, and quality controls for HR data.
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, job aids, and SOPs.
• Execute and coordinate UATs for enhancements and upgrades.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, Product, and IT for enhancements and testing.
