Holmes Murphy seeks a Sr. HRIS Manager to lead our Talent and Culture HR technology portfolio in West Des Moines. You will drive strategy, governance, optimization, and the ongoing effectiveness of Workday and related systems, while leading a team of HR technology professionals across business functions.

You will partner with Finance, Enterprise Technology, and business leaders to ensure systems enable organizational goals, operational efficiency, and a superior employee experience.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HRIS, HR technology, or workforce systems experience, including Workday.
• Experience leading HR technology teams or cross-functional initiatives (3+ years).
• Knowledge of governance, analytics, and reporting for HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy, governance, optimization, and ongoing effectiveness of Holmes Murphy's workforce technology ecosystem.
• Manage a team of HR technology professionals and partner with Talent & Culture, Finance, and Enterprise Technology.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
