• Provide Workday technical and functional expertise for complex and day-to-day processes in HCM and FIN modules.
• Maintain accurate employee information and ensure legal compliance.
• Build, test, and implement HRIS workflows to improve efficiency.
• Process employee changes, payroll transactions, and benefits updates in HRIS.
• Upload data, ensure data integrity, and support reporting needs.
• Participate in compliance, governance, and year-end reporting.
• Collaborate with HR team on day-to-day projects.
