Job summary

Holmes Murphy in West Des Moines, IA, seeks a Sr. HRIS Manager to lead the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday, and to partner with Talent & Culture, Finance, and Enterprise Technology.

The role drives strategy, governance, analytics, and team leadership to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. The position oversees a team of HR technology professionals and reports to the Talent & Culture organization, with a focus on continuous improvement and impactful HR technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 5+ years of HRIS, HR technology, workforce systems or related experience including Workday.
• 3+ years leading HR technology teams or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of data privacy, HIPAA regulations, and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, optimization, and effectiveness of Holmes Murphy's HR technology ecosystem.
• Oversee Workday and related systems and partner with Talent & Culture, Finance, and Enterprise Technology.
• Develop a multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Manage governance processes, risk, and compliance for HR systems.
• Provide analytics oversight and deliver workforce insights via dashboards.
• Coach and develop the HR technology team and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with executives on system implementations, integrations, reporting, and roadmaps.
