Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an HR/Payroll systems specialist with deep knowledge of HR technology, business process configuration, and requirements gathering. The role collaborates with stakeholders to analyze issues, design solutions, and deploy features across HR domains.

Qualifications

5 years' experience designing, building, and implementing HR business solutions using information technology
2 years' experience in at least one of the following systems: Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or a Learning Management System
3 years Functional business process experience with Human Resources
3 years' experience in business analysis and requirements definition

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of future application features and gather business requirements
Map requirements to system capabilities and perform configuration changes
Develop and execute test scripts as part of regression testing
Provide production support to ensure business processes run as planned
Lead implementation and maintenance activities for assigned areas
Coordinate planning and deployment of system upgrades and maintenance
Define, develop and deliver operational metrics for performance
Adhere to change control processes for audit and compliance
