Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to support HR and payroll systems, working with stakeholders to analyze issues and enhance capabilities. You will gather requirements, configure and test solutions, and deploy new features across HR domains.

You will partner with Enterprise Process Owners and HR customers to ensure processes align with business goals, while driving improvements and delivering changes within update cycles.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience designing, building, and implementing HR business solutions.
• 2 years' experience in Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or LMS.
• 3 years functional HR process experience.
• 3 years experience in business analysis and requirements definition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure HR application features; map requirements to system capabilities.
• Gather requirements and translate to functional specs; conduct regression testing.
• Provide production support to ensure HR processes run smoothly and upgrades are deployed.
• Coordinate upgrades and maintenance with IT, business teams and vendors.
• Lead process design activities and document operational metrics.
