Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Sr. HR Information Systems Analyst to act as the technical lead for maintaining the HRIS infrastructure and ensuring reporting meets HR and enterprise needs.

The role requires optimizing HRIS performance, gathering and auditing data, and implementing HRIS processes, upgrades, and testing, while collaborating with HR, Finance, and vendor teams to support HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS, HRM, IS, BA or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with HR business systems.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and HRIS best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point-of-contact for HRIS infrastructure.
• Optimize performance and design of HRIS processes.
• Lead upgrades, patches, testing, and data auditing.
• Prepare reports and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors on HRIS requirements.
