ePlus Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Business Analyst to partner with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, IT, and leadership to improve HR processes and automate systems. You will lead HR technology initiatives, manage HRIS projects, and deliver analytics to support strategic decisions.

The role requires strong business analysis, proficiency with UKG Pro, and experience implementing HR technology solutions. This remote opportunity serves Eastern time zones with a base salary reflecting market range.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressive HRIS/HCM experience.
3+ years leading teams and HR technology initiatives.
Experience with UKG Pro platform configuration and security.
Experience with HR data, reporting, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the HR technology roadmap aligned with HR priorities.
Oversee HRIS administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
Manage integrations between HR systems and other platforms; ensure data integrity.
Lead process improvements to automate workflows and improve user experience.
Develop governance and security controls for HR systems.
