Job summary

Ebs Recruiters LLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the technical lead for HRIS platforms, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement across HR, payroll, and timekeeping. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations while collaborating with HR, IT, and business leaders to enhance processes and data analytics.

The role requires strong project management and communication skills, with experience in UKG/ADP/Paycor and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of HRIS experience with UKG, ADP, Paycor or similar platforms.
• HRIS implementation, migration, or major system upgrade experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, enhancement, and configuration of HRIS platforms.
• Serve as primary resource for HRIS troubleshooting and user support.
• Monitor and improve HR systems across core HR, payroll, benefits, talent management and timekeeping.
• Support system configurations, upgrades, testing, validation, and documentation.
• Administer system security, user access, and data integrity controls.
• Manage integrations between HR systems and related applications.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and data analytics for decision-making and compliance.
